1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Vishnu QA Test Tenant("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Vishnu QA Test Tenant provides property maintenance, renovation, and related services. All services are subject to availability and may vary by location. Service descriptions, pricing, and availability are provided on our website and may be updated from time to time.

3. Booking and Cancellation

Service bookings are subject to confirmation. You may cancel a booking within the cancellation window specified at the time of booking. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur charges as outlined in our cancellation policy. Emergency service bookings may be subject to additional surcharges.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed. We accept payment methods as displayed during the booking process. All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and inclusive of applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Invoices are generated upon service completion and payable within the terms specified.

5. Service Quality

We strive to deliver high-quality services. If you are unsatisfied with a service, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion. We will review your concern and, where appropriate, arrange for corrective work at no additional cost.

6. Liability

Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our operations. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
